Ingredients

  • 3 bread slices (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp - vermicelli crumbs (vermicelli crushed)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - jeera/cumin powder
  • 1 Egg (beaten well with little salt)
  • 1 tsp - salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp - warm water
  • 2 tbsp - refined oil
  • How to Make Bread vermicelli rolls:

    1. Mix shredded bread slices (trim the edges first) with some salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, 2 tsp - warm water and lemon juice well.
    2. Roll them into desired shape.
    3. Dip this into a beaten egg mixture.
    4. Then roll them over vermicelli crumbs.
    5. Keep aside.
    6. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and shallow-fry the bread-vermicelli rolls on both sides till golden brown.
    7. Serve this hot with tomato-ketchup.
