  • 3 bread slices (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp - vermicelli crumbs (vermicelli crushed)
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1 tsp - jeera/cumin powder
  • 1 Egg (beaten well with little salt)
  • 1 tsp - salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp - Lemon juice
  • 2 tsp - warm water
  • 2 tbsp - refined oil

How to Make Bread vermicelli rolls

  • Mix shredded bread slices (trim the edges first) with some salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, garam masala powder, 2 tsp - warm water and lemon juice well.
  • Roll them into desired shape.
  • Dip this into a beaten egg mixture.
  • Then roll them over vermicelli crumbs.
  • Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan and shallow-fry the bread-vermicelli rolls on both sides till golden brown.
  • Serve this hot with tomato-ketchup.
