Ingredients

  • 8 - Chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup - grated parmesan cheese
  • 60 g - butter, melted
  • 2 - spring onions, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - paprika
  • 2 tbsp - parsley, chopped
  • 1 - egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup - Milk
  • 1/2 cup - flour

How to Make Breaded Chicken Wings

  • Mix the bread crumbs with cheese, spring onions, paprika and parsley.
  • Combine the egg and milk.
  • Toss the chicken wings in flour and shake off the excess flour.
  • Dip the chicken wings in the egg mixture. Coat them with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
  • Drizzle with butter and bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes or until the chicken is tender and golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
