Ingredients

  • 5-6 pieces - boneless Chicken breast
  • 4 tbsp - black soya sauce
  • 2 tbsp - ajinomoto
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 3 tbsp - pepper
  • a dash of chilli sauce
  • bread crumbs - as required
  • oil for frying

How to Make Breaded Pepper Chicken

  • Cut the chicken breasts into thin, square pieces.
  • Marinate overnight in soya sauce, salt, ajinomoto, chilli sauce and pepper (coarsely ground).
  • Roll the pieces in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
  • Drain the oil on tissue paper. Serve hot with tomato sauce or raw green salad.
