  • Oats - 1/2 cup
  • Coarse Maize flour (fine Corn meal) - 1/2 cup
  • Wheat rava (finely broken whole Wheat) - 1/2 cup
  • Low fat curds - 1/2 cup
  • Minced Onion - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped Green chillies - 2 tsp
  • Minced Ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • Minced Curry leaves - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • How to Make Breakfast Pancakes:

    1. Combine all the ingredients together. Add 1 cup of water and keep the mixture covered for half an hour. If the batter is too thick, add some more water to get the consistency of cake or adai batter.
    2. Heat a non-stick pan and brush lightly with oil.
    3. Spread a ladle full of batter to 2mm thickness.
    4. Cook on medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
    5. Serve with mint and coriander chutney.
