Ingredients

  • Mix together:
  • 1/3 cup - oatmeal
  • 1 cup - low-fat milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 tsp - vanilla essence

How to Make Breakfast pudding

  • Set mixture aside to stand for 10 minutes to allow oatmeal to soak up - flavour.
  • Stir again and place in a small dish.
  • Preheat oven at 325 degrees C.
  • Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water.
  • Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.
