Ingredients

  • Brinjal - 1 pound
  • Fresh green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 5 flakes
  • Dhaniya powder - 3 tbsp
  • Fresh grated coconut - 6 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil

How to Make Brinjal and Peas curry

  • You can either grind the garlic into a paste or cut it into thin slices.
  • Take oil in a frying pan. Add garlic to the oil and fry for few minutes.
  • Add green peas and allow them to fry.
  • Add brinjal, cover the lid, and cook till it is soft.
  • Add dhaniya powder, chilli powder, salt, and grated coconut and cook it on high flame for a few minutes. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
