  • Brinjal - 1 pound
  • Fresh Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Garlic - 5 flakes
  • Dhaniya powder - 3 tbsp
  • Fresh grated Coconut - 6 tbsp
  • Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil
  • How to Make Brinjal and Peas curry:

    1. You can either grind the garlic into a paste or cut it into thin slices.
    2. Take oil in a frying pan. Add garlic to the oil and fry for few minutes.
    3. Add green peas and allow them to fry.
    4. Add brinjal, cover the lid, and cook till it is soft.
    5. Add dhaniya powder, chilli powder, salt, and grated coconut and cook it on high flame for a few minutes. Serve hot with rice and ghee.
