  • Potatoes- 2
  • brinjal(egg plant)- 1
  • green chillies- 3
  • tomatoes- 2
  • Coriander leaves
  • whole jeera- 2 tbsp
  • Garam Masala powder- 1 tbsp
  • salt- 1/2 tbsp
  • haldi- a pinch

How to Make Brinjal And Potato

  • Heat oil in a pan. Fry jeera.
  • Add green chillies, tomatoes, salt, and haldi.
  • Deep fry potatoes and brinjal.
  • Add potatoes and brinjal to the fried masala.
  • Add garam masala powder.
  • Cook till the water dries out.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
