Ingredients

  • 1 - Onion Fine Chopped (Brown)
  • 450 gms - Flour
  • 10 gms - Salt
  • 25 gms - Yeast
  • 45 gms - Milk
  • 150 gms - Butter
  • 5 gms - Mustard/Pepper Powder
  • 5 gms - Black Pepper Powder
  • 175 gms - Cheddar Cheese, grated
  • 150 ml - Water
  • How to Make British Cheese and Onion Bread:

    1. Knead all the ingredients in the mixing bowl.
    2. After proper kneading give rest for 15 minutes.
    3. Cut into 500gm each piece again roll it and give rest for 5 minutes.
    4. Give the desired shape to each dough and place on the greased baking tray.
    5. Allow for proofing at least 1 and 1/2 hours and bake at 220 deg C in pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes.
