  • 1 - large Broccoli
  • 3 - Chillies
  • 2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Aamchur
  • 1 tsp - Chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp - Besan Flour

How to Make Broccoli Chaat

  • Cut broccoli into chunky florets and wash well.
  • Crush chillies in a mixer.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and add the crushed chillies. Add broccoli to the frying pan and stir this for a minute or so.
  • Add amchur, chilli powder and a little besan flour to it.
  • You can serve this hot or cold as a side salad.
