Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chopped broccoli
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Plain flour
  • 1 tbsp - Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp - Dried herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil, to shallow-fry.

How to Make Broccoli Fritters

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Then gradually add the flour to bind the mixture.
  • Divide the mixture into 4-5 equal portions and press on palms to flatten them into medium sized circles.
  • Heat oil in a shallow pan and arrange 2-3 flattened tikkis at one go.
  • Shallow fry on low heat until golden brown on both the sides.
  • Serve hot.
