Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Chopped Broccoli
  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 tbsp - Plain flour
  • 1 tbsp - Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp - Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp - Dried herbs
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - Oil, to shallow-fry.
  • How to Make Broccoli Fritters:

    1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
    2. Then gradually add the flour to bind the mixture.
    3. Divide the mixture into 4-5 equal portions and press on palms to flatten them into medium sized circles.
    4. Heat oil in a shallow pan and arrange 2-3 flattened tikkis at one go.
    5. Shallow fry on low heat until golden brown on both the sides.
    6. Serve hot.
