  • 1 head - Broccoli, chopped into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup each- golden Raisins and Almonds (chopped)
  • 250gm boneless Chicken breast, poached
  • 2 cups low fat mayonnaise
  • Sugar to taste
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice

How to Make Broccoli Salad

  • In a bowl, whip together mayonnaise, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • Add broccoli, pieces of chicken breast, raisins, and chopped almonds and stir well.
  • Chill and serve.
