How to Make Broccoli salad with mango dressing

  • Heat oil in a non-stick wok.
  • Saute the garlic for a few seconds.
  • Add the cumin, cayenne pepper, thyme and oregano. Saute for 1-2 mins.
  • Add the broccoli and saute for 3-4 mins. Transfer to a bowl.
  • Add the sliced tomatoes, parsley and lettuce.
  • Toss and mix the salad.
  • Pour mango dressing over the salad.

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth.
