  • About 4 cups of Broccoli florets, finely chopped
  • 1 medium-sized potato, boiled and mashed
  • Finely chopped Green chillies to taste
  • 2 tbsp chaat masala
  • 2 tsp Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Few chopped golden Raisins
  • Chopped coriander
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Broccoli Tikki

  • Put the chopped broccoli florets in a plastic bag and microwave for 10 minutes.
  • When it cools down a little, add mashed potato, bread crumbs, salt, green chillies, coriander, garam masala, raisins, chaat masala, and mix into a dough.
  • Shape them into tikkis about ½-inch thick.
  • Shallow fry in a hot pan until they are golden brown on both sides.
  • Serve warm with tomato ketchup and tamarind chutney.
