  • Brussels sprouts- 1 lb
  • Curry leaves -1 tbsp
  • Mustard- 1 tsp
  • Oil -5 tbsp
  • Grind to powder:
  • Channa dal- 2 tbsp
  • Coriander seeds- 4 tbsp
  • Urad dal -2 tbsp
  • Red chillies - 5
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Brussel sprout Podi adaicha(stuffed) curry

  • Fry the ingredients in a tsp of oil until golden and grind to a powder.
  • Slit Brussels sprouts across and stuff the powder.
  • Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard and curry leaves.
  • Add the stuffed Brussels sprout and fry until crisp and tender. Serve hot with bise bele bath.
