How to Make Brussel Sprouts Fry

  • Chop brussels sprouts finely and keep aside. Heat 2-3 tsp oil. Add mustard seeds, channa dal and urad dal and fry till brown. Add chopped green chillies. Add finely chopped brussels sprouts and fry for about 15 minutes (or until it is done; does not take long to cook). Once done, add salt and powdered coconut. Serve with rice and chapati.
