How to Make Brussels Sprouts Curry

  • Add oil in the cooking pan.
  • Add the mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
  • Now, add onions to it and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the cut tomato and chillies and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts and all the other ingredients - coriander powder, jeera, chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and garam masala.
  • Pour a tbsp of oil on top, stir well, simmer and close with a lid.
  • Check in between to see if the sprouts are cooked.
  • Serve with rice or chapattis.
