How to Make Bulgogi

  • Cut steak into 1/4 inch thin slabs.
  • Flatten with meat tenderizer.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients for Bulgogi sauce into a bowl and mix well.
  • Clean onion and cut into strips.
