Ingredients

  • 14 oz - beef (steak)
  • 1 - onion
  • Bulgogi sauce:
  • 8 tbsp - soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp - sugar
  • 1 tbsp - chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp - sesame seed oil
  • 1 tsp - sesame seed
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp - pear juice

How to Make Bulgogi

  • Cut steak into 1/4 inch thin slabs.
  • Flatten with meat tenderizer.
  • Cut into small pieces.
  • Put all the ingredients for Bulgogi sauce into a bowl and mix well.
  • Clean onion and cut into strips.
  • Add the meat and onion to the sauce and mix well. Let it marinate for 1 hour.
  • Stir-fry meat on a frying pan till done.
  • Serve hot.
