  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • Chillies to taste
  • 1 - chopped Tomato
  • Coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Bullet (Egg Dish):

    1. First separate the yolk from the white without breaking the yolk.
    2. Then whisk the white and add all the ingredients, except the yolk and whisk well.
    3. Heat the oil in a (non-stick) pan and then pour the egg-white mixture to make an omlette
    4. Carefully add the egg yolk in the centre of the omelette without breaking it.
