  • 1 - Egg
  • 1 - chopped Onion
  • Chillies to taste
  • 1 - chopped Tomato
  • Coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Bullet (Egg Dish)

  • First separate the yolk from the white without breaking the yolk.
  • Then whisk the white and add all the ingredients, except the yolk and whisk well.
  • Heat the oil in a (non-stick) pan and then pour the egg-white mixture to make an omlette
  • Carefully add the egg yolk in the centre of the omelette without breaking it.
