Ingredients

  • 1 cup - fried khari or salt less bundi
  • 2 cups - curds
  • For Masala:
  • 1 tsp - roasted Cumin seed powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves
  • salt to taste

How to Make Bundi Raita

  • Soak the bundi in warm water for 20-30 minutes.
  • Lightly press the bundi to remove the water.
  • Add the softened bundi to the beaten curd.
  • Add all the masalas. Mix well.
  • Chill and serve.
