How to Make Burger (Aloo Patty)

  • Pre-preparation:
  • Boil potatoes, shred potatoes, add chopped onions, green chillies and coriander leaves.
  • Add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and amchur powder.
  • Mix it very well and make 4 round aloo patties with it.
  • Heat vegetable oil in fry pan.
  • Fry aloo patties until they become golden brown in colour.
  • Take out patties and keep it aside.
  • Preparation:
  • Heat tava on medium high flame.
  • Cut the buns horizontally into 2 equal parts.
  • Apply some butter on tava and cook the buns slightly.
  • Keep it aside and the repeat the same process for rest of the buns.
  • Put lower part of bun on tava and place one aloo patty in it.
  • Put 1 slice of onion. Tomato and cabbage/lettuce on top of the aloo patty.
  • Place upper part of the bun on top of it.
  • Put a tooth pick in bun.
  • Cover it with paper napkin.
  • Serve it hot with green coriander chutney and ketchup.
