  • Processed cheese - 2 cubes, grated
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Noodle - 2 packets
  • Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste
  • Green chilli - 2

How to Make Butter Cheese Balls

  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Add 1 tbsp of maida and saute for a minute.
  • Add the milk and keep stirring until the mixture becomes very thick. Keep aside for cooling.
  • Add the boiled noodles, chopped onions, grated cheese, salt, pepper and chopped green chillies.
  • Mix well and prepare small balls. Cover them with maida.
  • Deep fry and serve hot.
