Ingredients

  • Processed cheese - 2 cubes, grated
  • Butter - 2 tbsp
  • Noodle - 2 packets
  • Onion, chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Maida - 2 tbsp
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt and Pepper as per taste
  • Green chilli - 2
  • How to Make Butter Cheese Balls:

    1. Heat butter in a pan.
    2. Add 1 tbsp of maida and saute for a minute.
    3. Add the milk and keep stirring until the mixture becomes very thick. Keep aside for cooling.
    4. Add the boiled noodles, chopped onions, grated cheese, salt, pepper and chopped green chillies.
    5. Mix well and prepare small balls. Cover them with maida.
    6. Deep fry and serve hot.
