  • 2 - boneless Chicken (chopped in pieces)
  • 2-3 tbsp - yogurt
  • 1 tsp - besan
  • 5- powder Red Chilli powder
  • 6 - Turmeric powder
  • 7 - Garam Masala
  • Tandoori masala
  • Biryani masala
  • Beet root juice - for the colour (optional)
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • Onion (chopped in ring)
  • Lemon
  • Coriander leaves
  • Butter
  • Warm coal (optional)
  • Salt as per taste
  • How to Make Butter chicken fry:

    1. Mix all the above mentioned ingredients one by one.
    2. Ginger onions, lemon and chopped coriander are just for garnishing.
    3. Marinate it and leave it for 2 to 4 hours.
    4. Heat a small knob of butter in a non stick pan and fry all the pieces till the chicken is cooked.
    5. Once the chicken is cooked, take a small warm coal in a small steel bowl and add butter on it and keep it middle of the pan surrounded with cooked chicken and now quickly cover it with a lid. After a minute, serve it with onions and lemon and coriander.
