Ingredients

  • 1 cup - frozen corn kernels
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • 1/4 tsp - tandoori masala
  • A pinch - chaat masala
  • Salt as needed
  • A few drops - lemon juice

How to Make Butter corn - cup corn

  • Using a little water cook frozen corn kernels in a Microwave for 3-5 mins.
  • Drain the excess water.
  • Transfer it to a wide vessel, immediately add the tandoori masala, chaat masala, butter and salt.
  • Mix well after adding a dash of lemon juice.
  • Serve.
