  • 1 kg- Chicken (cut into small pieces).
  • 1 bunch -coriander leaves,
  • 2 -onions,
  • 8-10 -green chillies,
  • 2 tsp- cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp-ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 tsp-curd
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp- Sugar
  • 1 tsp-garam masala crushed
  • How to Make Butter Dhania Chicken:

    1. Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste with 2 tsp. curd.
    2. Grind coriander leaves and chillies.
    3. Now add half of the ground paste to the chicken.
    4. Now put black pepper in this and turmeric powder, salt and cumin powder. Leave it about an hour.
    5. Now chop the onions. Take kadai and add butter, put crushed garam masala.
    6. Put sugar and onions also.
    7. Now fry the chicken along with all the marination.
    8. Now add rest of the masalas. Add curd and keep frying till chicken is done.
    9. Serve hot with plain rice.
