Ingredients

  • 1 big - cauliflower, cut into medium size florets
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Butter Fried Cauliflower

  • Wash and soak the cauliflower for 1 hour in warm salt water.
  • Cook the cauliflower in a little water for 5 minutes, then drain.
  • Heat the butter in a pan.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower, salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Fry on low heat for a few seconds then turn of the heat.
