How to Make Butter Gravy

  • Fry onions in oil or butter until soft, then tomato and canned tomato. (Fry for a while, until the oil starts to separate).
  • Add the cashew paste and continue to fry until oil comes out.
  • Begin adding milk little by little until the gravy is of the consistency you want.
  • Add kasoori methi and coriander.
  • Add salt, paprika and chili powder to taste.
