  • 200 g - Butter
  • 2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 500 g - icing Sugar
  • 1 - cake
  • 2 drops - food colour as desired
  • How to Make Butter Icing:

    1. Beat the butter and sifted icing sugar together until creamy.
    2. Add vanilla essence and the food colour.
    3. Use a spatula to cover the cake with the butter icing.
    4. With a wet fork, make soft peaks across the surface of the icing. Decorate as desired.
