  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - Ice cream essence
  • 1 tsp - orange or raspberry essence

How to Make Butter Nankhatai

  • Soften the ghee with the palm of your hand for some time.
  • Add sugar, salt, flour and baking powder.
  • Mix well, form into small balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and let stand for 1 hour.
