Ingredients

  • 4 cups - flour
  • 1.5 cups - Ghee
  • 1. 75 cups - Sugar (ground fine)
  • A pinch - salt
  • 1 tbsp - baking powder
  • 1 tsp - Ice Cream essence
  • 1 tsp - Orange or Raspberry essence
  • How to Make Butter Nankhatai:

    1. Soften the ghee with the palm of your hand for some time.
    2. Add sugar, salt, flour and baking powder.
    3. Mix well, form into small balls. Place on a greased baking sheet and let stand for 1 hour.
    4. The bake in an oven on low heat.
