Ingredients

  • 1 tin condensed Milk
  • 1 cup- Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 tsp- vanilla essence
  • How to Make Butterscotch Chews:

    1. For this recipe, follow the directions given for easy khova.
    2. But cook on medium low power for 15-17 minutes instead of 10-12 minutes.
    3. The khova will get a light brownish tinge and a caramel flavor.
    4. Cool completely and knead till smooth.
    5. Roast 1 cup of finely chopped cashew nuts and add to the khova.
    6. Add 1/2 tsp vanilla essence. Shape into marble size balls and wrap in decorative chocolate papers.
