Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Cabbage
  • 1 - Capsicum
  • 3 - Green chillies (chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger (chopped)
  • 1tsp - Garlic (chopped)
  • 1 big - Onion (sliced)
  • 1 big - Tomato (sliced)
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • 1/2 cup - Cilantro (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Cabbage capsicum masala:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai, and saute ginger, garlic, and chillies.
    2. Add onion and saute for a minute, and then add all the powders.
    3. Add the cabbage and capsicum and cook with the lid on for a few minutes.
    4. Remove the lid, add the tomatoes and salt, and saute.
    5. Garnish with cilantro.
