Ingredients

  • 1 - small Cabbage shredded
  • 2- carrots, grated finely
  • 3 tbsp - vegetarian mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1 - Onion grated
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Cabbage Coleslaw

  • Whisk the mayonnaise, vinegar, vegetable oil, sugar and salt together.
  • Add this mixture to the cabbage, carrots, and onions.
  • Toss well and refrigerate until ready to serve.
