Ingredients

  • 750g - Cabbage
  • 3 - Green chillies
  • 150g - Green peas
  • 150g - Carrot
  • 1 tbsp - vangibath powder
  • 1 tsp - Dhania
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 1 stick (10 leaves) - Curry leaves
  • salt
  • 1 tbsp - Mustard Seeds
  • How to Make Cabbage curry with carrot and peas:

    1. Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add green chillies and curry leaves.
    2. After a minute, put cabbage, grated carrots, and peas in the kadai.
    3. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, dhania-jeera powder, and vangibath powder. Close the kadai with a lid until the cabbage is completely done and then fry in high flame for 3 minutes.
