  • Heat oil in a kadai and add the mustard seeds. Once they start spluttering, add green chillies and curry leaves.
  • After a minute, put cabbage, grated carrots, and peas in the kadai.
  • Add turmeric powder, salt to taste, dhania-jeera powder, and vangibath powder. Close the kadai with a lid until the cabbage is completely done and then fry in high flame for 3 minutes.
