Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Cabbage (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - Potato
  • 2 - Green chilli
  • 100 g - Cottage cheese
  • A handful - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - dried Mango powder
  • 1 tsp - dried Pomegranate seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - Yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 2 tbsp - all-purpose flour (maida)
  • How to Make Cabbage Fritters:

    1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl, blend to form a thick paste.
    2. If it's too thick add a little water and if it's too loose add a little flour (gram flour or maida).
    3. Heat oil in a pan, apply some oil on your palms and make fritters in any shape you want.
    4. Fry both sides. Once they are golden, drain on tissue paper for excess oil.
