Ingredients

  • 1 cup - cabbage (roughly chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - potato
  • 2 - green chilli
  • 100 g - cottage cheese
  • A handful - coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - dried mango powder
  • 1 tsp - dried pomegranate seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - gram flour
  • 2 tbsp - all-purpose flour (maida)

How to Make Cabbage Fritters

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl, blend to form a thick paste.
  • If it's too thick add a little water and if it's too loose add a little flour (gram flour or maida).
  • Heat oil in a pan, apply some oil on your palms and make fritters in any shape you want.
  • Fry both sides. Once they are golden, drain on tissue paper for excess oil.
