How to Make Cabbage Ghavan

  • Mix rice flour, cabbage, and all the other ingredients in a medium bowl with water. Make a thin batter, like for a dosa. Take a dosa pan or a non-stick pan and pour 1 large spoon of batter on it. Spread it like a dosa, but not too thin.
  • Keep lid on the pan.
  • Turn ghavan to the other side.
  • Do not close the lid for this side.
  • Serve ghavan with chilli sauce or coconut chutney.
