Ingredients

  • Cabbage - 1/4
  • Onion - 1
  • Green chillies - 6
  • Besan - 1 cup
  • Rice flour - 1 tbsp
  • Garlic Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
  • Cumin powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - for frying.
  • How to Make Cabbage Pakodi:

    1. Mix the cabbage, onions, green chillies, salt, besan, garlic ginger paste, rice flour, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder in a bowl.
    2. Add water to form a batter.
    3. Now take a the batter in a spoon and deep fry like pakoras.
    4. Serve hot.
