  • 4 cups - atta flour
  • Cabbage - 1 pound
  • Green chillies - 2 finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - grated ginger
  • Salt
  • Fresh coriander chopped - 1 bunch

How to Make Cabbage Paranthas

  • Make dough of the flour and divide into 6 portions
  • Finely chop the cabbage.
  • Mix chopped cabbage with rest of the ingredients.
  • Roll one ball of dough a bit, put the mixture in and fold it and then roll it into a paratha.
  • Put it on a frying pan shallow fry it.
  • Serve hot with butter or yoghurt.
