How to Make Cabbage pulao

  • Soak red chillies, coriander and tur dal in enough water for 20 minutes.
  • Take oil in a flat bottomed vessel and heat it. Add cashew nuts and fry till light brown. Remove the nuts in a plate.
  • Add cut cabbage, potatoes, peas and cook after adding little water and salt.
  • Grind the soaked masalas and coconut to a fine paste. Add to the cooked vegetables.
  • Now add the cooked rice to this mixture and mix well.
  • Add the fried cashew nuts and serve hot.
