How to Make Cabbage-Radish Salad

  • Cut the cabbage into thin slices.
  • Blend cabbage with roasted peanuts, channa dal (soaked in water and drained after 4 hours), and grated radish.
  • Churn curd with cream, sugar, salt and salad oil to taste. Mix well and cool.
  • Add grated carrot and chopped tomato.
  • Once cooled, dress cabbage and radish salad with the curd mixture and serve.
