Ingredients

  • 1 - medium tender green cabbage shredded
  • 1 - potato boiled, chilled and chopped
  • 2 - medium carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup - chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cup - chopped spring onion
  • 1 stick - celery chopped
  • 1 sprig - mint leaves plucked and chopped finely
  • 1/4 cup - olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice

How to Make Cabbage Slaw

  • Mix all vegetables except mint and celery, chill in in a large glass bowl.
  • Mix oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, mint and sugar till well blended.
  • Pour dressing over chilled vegetables
  • Toss it well.
  • Refrigerate for 1 hour
  • Garnish with celery before serving.
