Ingredients

  • 1 small cabbage, chopped
  • 2 - onions, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - chopped, Garlic
  • 3 cups - of water
  • 1 tsp - ground pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - chopped Coriander leaves or celery.
  • How to Make Cabbage Soup:

    1. Boil all the ingredients except coriander leaves/celery in a large saucepan.
    2. Allow to simmer for at least 20 minutes.
    3. Transfer half of the soup to a blender or food processor and grind until smooth.
    4. Mix this with the soup and reheat as needed.
    5. Stir in coriander leaves./celery and add additional with pepper and hot sauce to taste.
