  • 1 - cabbage, whole
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 2 - small tomatoes
  • 1/2 - ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - cumin seeds
  • 2.5 tsp - cumin-coriander powder
  • Oil
  • Coriander
  • Salt

How to Make Cabbage Tomato Curry

  • Cut the cabbage into small pieces. Chop tomatoes finely.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • To this add cumin seeds, mustard seeds and when they splutter, add ginger garlic paste, turmeric and add the onions and fry well.
  • Add cabbage to it and add water if required and let it cook well.
  • Then add the tomato, cumin-coriander powder and salt to it.
  • Leave it, to cook for a while.
  • Garnish with coriander
