How to Make Cabbage urad dal Vada

  • Soak urad dal overnight or at least for 6 hours. Grind it to soft batter just like idli batter.
  • Cut cabbage into small pieces. Grind ginger and green chillies to paste.
  • Now mix cabbage, salt and green chilli paste to batter.
  • Heat oil in the pan. Make vadas with your hands and deep fry them .
  • Serve hot with coconut or ginger chutney.
