Ingredients

  • Finely sliced cabbage - 1 cup
  • Finely sliced carrot - 1 cup
  • Gram flour - 1 cup
  • Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Corn flour - 1/2 cup
  • A pinch - asafoetida
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 3 tbsp

How to Make Cabbage Vadas

  • Mix all the ingredients. Add 1/4 cup of water and make into a dough.
  • Take a handful of mixture and deep fry them in oil.
