Ingredients

  • 100 g - coconut, grated
  • 1 - Green chilli
  • 2 - spring onions, chopped
  • 1 - cabbage, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 3 - Red Chillies
  • 5 - Curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • How to Make Cabbage with Coconut:

    1. In a dish heat oil, add mustard seeds, red chilli and curry leaves, and microwave, covered, on high for 2 minutes.
    2. Grind the coconut, green chilli and spring onions to a paste and cook on high for 2 minutes.
    3. Add the cabbage and microwave on power 70 for 8 minutes, till the cabbage is cooked.
    4. Serve garnished with chopped coriander.
