How to Make Cake rasmalai

  • Sieve flour.
  • In a mixing bowl, melt butter. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and milk, and mix well.
  • Add condensed milk. Beat well till smooth and soft.
  • Grease a baking tray with butter. Pour in the batter.
  • Top with nuts and raisins.
  • Bake for 10 mins. in a microwave oven at 100 degrees Centigrade.
  • Cool and cut into pieces.
  • Boil milk with sugar. Let it cool.
  • Add cake pieces. Let it soak in milk. Garnish with nuts and raisins.
  • Cake rasamalai is ready.
