Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 4 - Bananas, cut into pieces
  • 250 gms - Butter
  • 8 - Eggs
  • 250 gms - Maida
  • 200 gms - Mango pulp
  • 10-15 - Almonds
  • 8 oz - Sugar
  • 4 tsp - Vanilla essence.

How to Make Canary Pudding

  • Cream the butter and sugar. Then add the flour and beaten egg.
  • Mix well.
  • Then add the baking powder and blend it with the mixture.
  • Now add the cut bananas and nuts and add the essence to the mixture.
  • Then pour the mixture into a greased bowl and cover with greased paper.
  • Steam until cooked.
