Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - Baking powder
  • 4 - Bananas, cut into pieces
  • 250 gms - Butter
  • 8 - eggs
  • 250 gms - Maida
  • 200 gms - Mango pulp
  • 10-15 - Almonds
  • 8 oz - Sugar
  • 4 tsp - Vanilla essence.
  • How to Make Canary Pudding:

    1. Cream the butter and sugar. Then add the flour and beaten egg.
    2. Mix well.
    3. Then add the baking powder and blend it with the mixture.
    4. Now add the cut bananas and nuts and add the essence to the mixture.
    5. Then pour the mixture into a greased bowl and cover with greased paper.
    6. Steam until cooked.
