Ingredients

  • 500g rice, pre-boiled and cooled
  • 150g - shrimp, boiled
  • 150g chicken, boiled and chopped
  • 100g - oil
  • 50g green peas, boiled
  • 50g button mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • For seasoning:
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - ajinomoto
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce
  • How to Make Cantonese Fried Rice:

    1. Heat oil in a wok, add egg and stir for 30 seconds.
    2. Add the meat and vegetables. Mix for another 30 seconds and then add rice.
    3. Mix all the ingredients properly and add the seasoning.
    4. Stir fry for 2 minutes and serve.
