Ingredients

  • 500g rice, pre-boiled and cooled
  • 150g - shrimp, boiled
  • 150g chicken, boiled and chopped
  • 100g - oil
  • 50g green peas, boiled
  • 50g button mushrooms, chopped
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • For seasoning:
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp - ajinomoto
  • 2 tsp - soya sauce

How to Make Cantonese Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a wok, add egg and stir for 30 seconds.
  • Add the meat and vegetables. Mix for another 30 seconds and then add rice.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and add the seasoning.
  • Stir fry for 2 minutes and serve.
