Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked rice
  • 1 - capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 - large onion (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup - cooked peas
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp - chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp - chopped ginger
  • 3 - spring onions (chopped into small bits)
  • 1 tsp - ground pepper/black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - soya sauce

How to Make Capsicum And Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Fried Rice

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, garlic and ginger till golden brown.
  • Add chopped capsicum, onions and peas and fry for about 3 minutes.
  • Add the paneer/cottage cheese, soya sauce, pepper and salt and fry for a few minutes.
  • Mix in the rice and stir well.
  • Garnish with chopped spring onions.
