  • 1/2 cup - Paneer
  • 1/2 cup- Capsicum
  • 1/4 cup - Onions
  • 1/2 cup - Tomatoes
  • A pinch of Ajinomoto
  • Salt and red chilli powder to taste
  • 1/4 cup - Coriander leaves

How to Make Capsicum and Paneer Sabzi

  • Heat oil in a wok.
  • Saute the veggies.
  • Add ajinomoto, salt, and chilli powder to it.
  • When brown, add the paneer and coriander leaves.
  • Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Serve hot with chapatis.
