Ingredients

  • 4 - potatoes, peeled and cut into medium-sized pieces
  • 2 - capsicums, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp - finely chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - Cumin powder
  • A pinch - Turmeric powder
  • 1.5 tsps - Red Chilli powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Salt
  • How to Make Capsicum And Potato Fry:

    1. Heat oil and splutter the cumin seeds. Saute garlic for a few minutes.
    2. Add the potatoes, capsicum, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt; mix well.
    3. Cook till the potatoes are done.
    4. Serve hot.
